Krystal Sutherland
Krystal Sutherland is an Australian author, born in 1990. Growing up as the child of Jehovah's Witnesses, she was restricted from reading books like Harry Potter. However, her rebellious spirit led her to break the rule and read the forbidden book at the age of 10, igniting her passion for reading. Since then, she has been an avid reader and lover of literature. After leaving her hometown of Townsville in 2011, Krystal has lived in various places, including Sydney and Amsterdam. She pursued a career in writing and editing, working as a magazine editor and foreign correspondent for Hijacked, a prominent Australian youth culture website. She also edited Sydney's Blitz magazine and received recognition for her writing, being shortlisted for the Queensland Young Writers Award. In 2016, Krystal Sutherland made her debut as an author with the release of her novel "Our Chemical Hearts." The book was well-received and marked the beginning of her career as a successful author. With a passion for storytelling and a love for literature, Krystal continues to enchant readers with her creative works.
