Matthew Galgani

Matthew Galgani is a native Californian who has been with Investor's Business Daily since 2003. Prior to joining IBD, he lived in Japan for 10 years, where he helped establish publishing and entertainment company, TOKYOPOP, working with Sony Music Entertainment, JVC, SoftBank and others to set up licensing, distribution and financing partnerships. He's been investing in the stock market since the mid-1990s, and has been actively involved in several educational projects at IBD as co-host of IBD's weekly radio show, editor of the IBDextra Newsletter, and IBD TV commentator. He also launched the IBD 2-Minute Tip videos and worked with IBD founder William J. O'Neil to create the IBD Meetup Investor Education Series, used by investing clubs around the country.
