Prior to this, I spent 22 years at Hindustan Unilever Limited, leading teams across India, Europe, South East Asia, and Africa. I am a past Co-chair of the CII National Committee of Food Processing and the FMCG Committee. I have also authored the book 'The CEO Factory: Management Lessons from Hindustan Unilever'.
