Daryl Guppy is an Australian trader, financial commentator and author based in Darwin, Northern Territory. He is an honours graduate of La Trobe University and a Chartered Market Technician. He invented the Guppy Multiple Moving Average (GMMA) indicator, which is included in MetaStock and other charting software, and founded the trading education site guppytraders.com in 1996. He trades his own capital and is a regular media commentator on Asian markets. His books include Share Trading, Bear Trading and Guppy Trading, with several published by John Wiley.
