For 10s and over she has written The Other Side of Summer (2016) and Elsewhere Girls (2021). Her novels for teenagers are I Am Out With Lanterns (2018) (which can also be read as a companion to The Other Side of Summer), Girl, Aloud (2009), and Steal My Sunshine (2013). She was born and grew up in London and currently lives in Melbourne, Australia.
